FAQs

1. Are you open every day? - We are not. Our Shop will be in in current location until Summer 2023. We are open on certain days each week, and you can find our days and hours here.

2. How quickly will I get my order? - Orders for pick up are typically ready within 1-2 business days. Delivery orders are ready and delivered within 1-3 business days. Orders being shipped are taken to the post office within 1-3 business days. If you have a tight timeline for your event please reach out and we can put your order on priority for quick arrival.

3. Do you do balloons? - We sell un-filled balloons to match many of our themes. You can purchase balloons but they require you to blow them up.

4. Can I get a price adjustment on a previous order? If the price changes within 7 days of your order, and you have not yet received your items, we can offer a price adjustment. If its past 7 days and you already have your order, we cannot offer price adjustments.  

5. Do you plan events? Yes! We take on a small number of events and offer planning services. Our focus and passion is smaller scale entertainments, in-home events, and milestone celebrations. We do not plan weddings. Please send an email to lauren@letsfete.ca to chat further!
